Ms. Galer is Founder and CEO of Disrupt the Game, the leading independent women’s sports talent agency. A former NCAA Division I athlete and passionate advocate for women’s sports, Ms. Galer identified a void in the marketplace for female athlete representation and founded one of the first agencies to specialize in women’s sports.
 
Ms. Galer has since grown Disrupt the Game to become the leading independent women’s sports talent agency, currently representing dozens of professional female athletes across multiple sports, including Naismith Hall of Famer Lisa Leslie; 2-time WNBA All-Star and ESPN analyst Chiney Ogwumike; USWNT and NWSL All-Star Crystal Dunn, WNBA All-Stars Kelsey Mitchell and Kiki Iriafen, and several others.
