Matt Rizzetta Founder & Managing Partner
Matt Rizzetta is an entrepreneur, founder and global executive with an exemplary track record of buying, operating and scaling companies across media, sports and entertainment platforms worldwide.
Mr. Rizzetta served as Founder and CEO of North 6th Agency from 2010 until 2020. Under his leadership, N6A grew to become one of the 50 Most Powerful Firms in the United States according to the Observer, before merging with KRMA. Beginning in 2020, Mr. Rizzetta began acquiring assets and building a diversified portfolio of holdings, which includes various sports, entertainment and media properties.
In 2022, Mr. Rizzetta acquired Campobasso FC and began to lead the club through a period of unprecedented growth, rising from an amateur team into a formidable professional sports franchise with substantial enterprise value. Mr. Rizzetta secured an exclusive partnership with Disney and became the co-creator and executive producer of “Running With the Wolves,” an ESPN Original series which tells the story of Campobasso FC’s rise to glory.
Mr. Rizzetta has spearheaded various other asset acquisitions in global sports and media, including Brooklyn FC; women’s soccer powerhouse Res Roma; and Napoli Basketball. He serves as President of various sports properties within the UGP portfolio and is the author of two books and sits on the board of multiple organizations.
Joseph Greco Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Joseph Greco is a proven and experienced investor, business leader and entrepreneur.
Mr. Greco brings nearly three decades of founding, managing and growing organizations with financial, legal, accounting and technology expertise. Mr. Greco is the Founder and CEO of leading business consulting and executive coaching firm Palio Inc.
Prior to founding Palio, Mr. Greco had a successful career on Wall Street, serving as Managing Director for Meridian Equity Partners. Mr. Greco sits on multiple boards and has made appearances on Bloomberg, CNBC and Fox Business for his expertise on topics relating to the financial markets and global macroeconomic trends.
Dan Doyle General Partner & Advisor
Daniel Doyle is an accomplished executive with over 25 years in the financial technology industry. Mr. Doyle served as President of CardWorks Acquiring from 2008 before being acquired by Blackstone in 2022. Mr. Doyle serves as a Trustee and on several Advisory Boards in the financial technology, cybersecurity, banking and data compliance fields.
Angelo Pasto General Partner & Advisor
Angelo Pasto is a successful real estate executive, investor and operator. Mr. Pasto is Founder and President of Stanford Properties Group, one of the leading commercial real estate groups in Canada. Mr. Pasto is based in Montreal and has grown Stanford’s portfolio to include more than 200 properties. He lectures in finance and project management at Vanier College in Montreal.
Rosario Procino Managing Director, Head of Europe
Rosario is responsible for driving strategic alignment, global commercial growth and brand success across UGP’s core European assets. Rosario, who was born in Italy, has a successful track record as an investor and developer of premium hospitality brands. He also has extensive experience leading sales and marketing initiatives for high profile multinational Italian companies, including Telecom Italia and Barilla. He has recently served as consultant for Italy’s Lega Serie A to promote Italian football in the United States.
Terence Burke Managing Director, Head of Marketing & Investor Experience
Terence leads UGP’s investor engagement strategy, drives the group’s brand positioning, and manages key strategic initiatives tied to UGP’s growing portfolio of companies. Terence has an extensive track record of orchestrating award-winning global media operations, developing premium brand partnerships and creating innovative investor experiences across his career at CNN, Fortune and Brunswick Group.
Carolyn Singer Director, Marketing & Investor Experience
Carolyn “Carrie” Singer drives marketing and investor experience at UGP, supporting the firm’s brand narrative across content channels and marketing materials, and advancing engagement and the investor lifecycle across the firm’s growing portfolio. Prior to joining UGP, she was a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Amazon, where she led audience and lifecycle strategy, contributing to significant year-over-year growth in reach and retention. Previously, she was a Food Stylist and Content Producer at Food Network, where she led teams in creating branded and editorial content for millions of viewers. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, with specializations in Marketing, Strategy, and Quantitative Finance.

Gina Antoniello Advisor
Gina Antoniello is a globally recognized expert in sports culture and business. She serves as Academic Director and Professor of Sports Business at the Tisch Institute for Global Sport at New York University, where she bridges scholarship, industry insight, and global programs.
With over a decade of experience in professional sports, Antoniello has held key roles with globally recognized franchises including the Brooklyn Nets and Golden State Warriors. In 2019, she became one of the first women in professional football league history to lead both football and corporate communications (XFL) and since has consulted on high-impact initiatives for the NFL’s transformational change efforts.

Simone Calzolai is the Founder and General Counsel of leading global law firm Calzolai Law Firm. Mr. Calzolai has offices across the world, including Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States. Mark Consuelos Advisor
Mark Consuelos is an actor, producer and co-host of the highest-rated TV morning show in America, “Live With Kelly & Mark”. Mr. Consuelos is an investor and co-owner of Campobasso FC, a professional football team in Italy owned and operated by UGP. Mr. Consuelos plays an active role in the club’s operations, and is an executive producer in “Running With the Wolves”, an ESPN Original series about Campobasso FC’s underdog story. Mr. Consuelos has been a part of the venture since it first began in 2022, and has played an instrumental role in Campobasso FC’s achievements, including back-to-back promotions for the first time in the club’s 105-year history.

Andrew Dolce has built an exceptional legacy in the hospitality industry spanning several decades. In 1981, Mr. Dolce founded Dolce International, which he built into a world-leading hospitality organization before rebranding it as Dolce Hotels and Resorts in 2008. The company was acquired by Wyndham Hotel Group in 2015. Throughout his career, Mr. Dolce has been recognized as one of the “25 Most Influential Executives” in the meetings and travel industries by major publications.
