NEW YORK – NOVEMBER 13, 2025 – Underdog Global Partners (“UGP”) today announced the addition of highly respected capital markets executive and corporate director Joseph Gallucci, ICD.D, as advisor.

Mr. Gallucci’s career has spanned two decades across various firms including BMO Capital Markets, GMP Securities and Dundee Securities. Mr. Gallucci served as founding principal of Eight Capital where he led their Mining Investment Banking Team and most recently Head of Investment Banking at Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. where he oversaw the investment banking practice in entirety.

Mr. Gallucci is an active corporate director on several publicly listed companies. He has been directly involved in raising several billion dollars and has served as lead advisor on significant M&A transactions.
