NEW YORK – OCTOBER 22, 2025 – Underdog Global Partners (“UGP”) today announced the addition of world-renowned restauranteur and entrepreneur Rosario Procino as advisor.Born and raised in Italy, Mr. Procino paid his way through school by working in local restaurants and night clubs before graduating with a Masters in Computer Science Engineering. Mr. Procino went on to work in corporate roles within the telecom industry before embarking on his career as a restaurant owner and entrepreneur.

Mr. Procino founded Keste Pizza, which quickly expanded to become of New York’s most popular Italian eateries. Keste was sold to private equity and Mr. Procino subsequently opened Ribalta, which has become a New York staple for Italian pizza, cuisine and ambiance, frequently hosting celebrities, politicians and luminaries from across the world.
